What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Patriot's stated service area includes Newark and select nearby areas but not Elizabeth; Perfect Air & Water has an Elizabeth-specific furnace repair page.
https://perfectaw.com/locations/elizabeth/furnace-repair-elizabeth/Patriot's repair page says it handles same-day emergency calls, but doesn't state 24/7 emergency service in the page text; Perfect Air & Water advertises 24/7 response and same-day heating repair across New Jersey.
