Trident Mechanical Systems, Inc.
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 5 stars on Google from 422 reviews
“Its site documents 24/7 emergency service, same-day repairs in many cases, upfront pricing, installation, and online service requests.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Trident explicitly states 24/7/365 emergency service and says many repairs can be diagnosed and fixed the same day; G+S's reviewed heating page describes emergency repair but gives no same-day claim.
https://tridentairnc.com/heating-repair/Trident explicitly promotes clear, upfront pricing; G+S's reviewed pages describe estimates and a service request but do not explain when customers receive a price before work begins.
