What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Priority's repair page says it offers 24/7 emergency furnace repair and no waitlist; the Bruce Nelson pages I read do not mention emergency furnace availability.
https://priorityheatingcooling.com/furnace-repair-east-twin-cities-metro/Priority's homepage presents furnace, AC, and heat-pump services together; Bruce Nelson's homepage and services page foreground boilers, AC, and plumbing, with no furnace service in the main service list.
https://priorityheatingcooling.com/Bruce Nelson's site gives business hours and a contact form but no online appointment booking or posted HVAC service price on the pages read; Schuebel's lists a $129 furnace cleaning and inspection with an online schedule link.
