What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Ehlers explicitly lists a furnace that will not turn on and 24-hour repair; Mosley's homepage lists heater repair but no emergency coverage or specific furnace symptoms.
https://ehlersheatcool.com/parts-service/Ehlers links to online service scheduling; Mosley's homepage offers a contact form and phone number but no appointment booking.
