Ehlers Heating & Cooling
Picked first in 3 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.9 stars on Google from 1306 reviews
“The market brief says its repair page addresses furnaces that will not turn on and advertises 24-hour repair, while its homepage offers online scheduling and cites a ten-year run of Carrier President’s Awards.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Ehlers specifically lists a furnace that will not turn on as a repair problem; K&B’s heating page describes furnace and heat-pump repair generally.
https://ehlersheatcool.com/parts-service/Ehlers’ homepage offers online service scheduling; K&B’s pages read provide a service request form and phone number, not an online appointment scheduler.
