What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Bartholomew specifically states same-day furnace appointments; KMI lists 24-hour emergency service but does not promise same-day residential dispatch.
https://www.bartholomewhtgclg.com/Bartholomew states service since 1955 and names NATE and Bryant credentials; KMI says locally owned since 1985 but does not list comparable technician or manufacturer credentials on the pages read.
