Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Detroit.
Randazzo Heating, Cooling, and Electrical
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.9 stars on Google from 9594 reviews
“The market answers cited its Metro Detroit service, online scheduling, one-day installations, and nearly 7,000 five-star reviews.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Randazzo has a dedicated online service scheduling form with date and preferred time fields; Eastside’s maintenance-plan form is an inquiry and says a representative will confirm the subscription.
https://callrandazzo.com/schedule/Randazzo states that its team installs a new heating or cooling system in one day; Eastside’s reviewed pages do not state an installation timeline.
