What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Hecox says furnace service is typically available the same day in Rockville; the Gusky pages read say timely or prompt service but do not make a specific same-day claim.
https://www.hecoxhomeservices.com/furnace-services/Hecox says same-day AC repairs are offered whenever possible; the Gusky pages read do not specify same-day AC availability.
https://www.hecoxhomeservices.com/air-conditioning-services/The Gusky pages mention competitive pricing and free estimates but do not clearly say the customer receives a fixed price before work starts; the market answer found Hecox also lacked this promise, while Aire Serv was selected for it.
