Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Saugus.
SumZero Energy Systems
Picked first in 4 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.9 stars on Google from 253 reviews
“Its Saugus furnace page advertises emergency support, online booking, and a diagnostic price with repair pricing explained before work begins.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The market answer passed on CRN because it did not find a furnace-specific Saugus page; the current heating page lists furnaces but does not provide detailed furnace-repair response information.
https://www.sumzeroenergysystems.com/hvac-location/furnace-repair-saugus-maSumZero’s furnace pages display a diagnostic price and say repair pricing is explained before work; CRN’s pages I read do not display a heating diagnostic price.
https://www.sumzeroenergysystems.com/hvac-services/furnace-repair-boston-maSumZero links online booking from its furnace page; CRN’s contact page offers contact and quote options but no appointment calendar.
