What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Needham Oil describes repair billing by the job rather than by the hour and calls it flat-rate; the Kerivan-Lane pages read do not state a comparable repair pricing method.
https://www.needhamoil.com/service-repair/gas-oil-systems/Kerivan-Lane lists an after-hours emergency phone number and says heating service is available 24/7, but the pages read do not clarify whether emergency response is limited to existing customers or give a dispatch expectation; Needham Oil states that current customers with a heating failure can get a technician as soon as possible at any time of day or night.
