What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The competitor specifically promises same-day furnace and heat-pump repairs; the Efficient Air Systems homepage lists heating and HVAC repair generally without a same-day claim.
https://www.accurateairla.com/heating-repairThe competitor gives a clear 24-hour emergency service claim; I found no emergency availability details in the Efficient Air Systems homepage text.
