Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Kokomo.
Thermodyn, Inc.
Picked first in 2 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.6 stars on Google from 136 reviews
“Its Kokomo page lists heating and cooling repair, installation, replacement, and heat pump services, and its homepage advertises 24/7 emergency service.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Thermodyn has explicit Kokomo furnace and AC repair pages; Alternative's Kokomo furnace page lists repair among services but its city-specific AC page focuses on installation and does not give as direct a repair-focused Kokomo message.
https://www.thermodyninc.com/kokomo-in-heating-air-conditioning-contractor/Thermodyn describes heat pump products and service options; the Alternative pages reviewed do not mention heat pumps.
