Duct Professor Heating & Cooling
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6
“It was selected for its Prospect Heights presence, broad residential service range, and advertised 24/7 service and upfront pricing.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Duct Professor's homepage gives a Prospect Heights address and explicitly lists furnace repair, replacement, maintenance, and heat pumps; Comfort Style's homepage lists those services but describes its service area broadly as North and West Chicago suburbs.
https://www.ductprofessor.com/Duct Professor advertises upfront pricing; Comfort Style offers free estimates but does not explain whether diagnostic fees or repair prices are provided before work begins.
