Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Joliet.
PDM Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Since 1885
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 706 reviews
“PDM was selected repeatedly for its documented Joliet history, 24/7 emergency repairs, service requests, and breadth of residential heating and cooling work.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
PDM states that its emergency HVAC repair teams are available 24/7; the Custom Seasons pages read did not state a 24/7 HVAC commitment.
https://www.pdmsince1885.com/company/PDM’s Joliet pages directly describe service for Joliet homes; Custom Seasons includes Joliet in a broad service-area list but its heating page is framed around Homer Glen.
