What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
J&D explicitly promises options and upfront pricing before work begins; Custom Air's reviewed pages mention a flat fee but do not explain repair pricing before work starts.
https://www.getjdnow.com/J&D offers an online scheduling request with preferred appointment day and time; Custom Air's pages offer an appointment/contact form but the pages read do not show day-and-time selection.
