Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Boise.
Siberian Air
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6
“The market brief cites its same-day Boise service, clear $100 diagnosis fee, written pricing, and winter priority for no-heat calls.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Siberian Air publishes its $100 diagnostic fee and written repair price promise; Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air promotes upfront pricing and free estimates but the pages I read do not state the HVAC diagnostic fee.
https://siberianair.com/Siberian Air says no-heat furnace calls receive winter priority; the Boise page for Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air describes 24-hour emergency service but no furnace-specific priority process.
