Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Honolulu.
Selbor Hawaii
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6
“It explicitly lists furnace and heat pump repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency HVAC service.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Selbor explicitly lists furnace and heat pump repair, installation, and maintenance; the Oahu Electric & Air pages I read focus on residential AC and do not mention furnaces or heat pumps.
https://selborhawaii.com/servicesSelbor states it offers emergency HVAC service; Oahu Electric & Air mentions daily service calls and after-hours support for urgent issues, but does not specify emergency AC repair or same-day availability on the pages read.
