“The market answers found heating service, 24/7 emergency repair, flat-rate prices, online maintenance requests, and Carrier heat pump installation on its site.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The Eldred site did not return readable page text in search or direct page requests, so I could not verify whether it explains heating repair; Preferred has a dedicated heating repair page.
https://getcold.com/services/heating-repairThe Eldred site did not return readable page text, so online maintenance booking could not be verified; Preferred provides an online appointment request with scheduled maintenance.
