Preferred Air Conditioning & Mechanical
Picked first in 2 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.6 stars on Google from 669 reviews
“Its heating repair page offers 24/7 emergency furnace and heat pump repair with flat-rate prices and free second opinions, and it was named in all 6 answers.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Live fetches of cmiac.com return HTTP 403 from Cloudflare (server: cloudflare) on the home page and /about, so an assistant reading the site gets nothing; Preferred's pages load as plain text.
https://getcold.com/The archived heating repair page (April 2026) says furnace, heat pump and emergency furnace repair 24/7, but also 'serving homes and businesses for over 40 years' while the about page and BBB give a 1992 start, so the years claim is inconsistent.
