What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Colkitt explicitly advertises same-day appointments; Temp Control describes fast service but does not promise same-day appointments on the pages reviewed.
https://www.colkittac.com/Colkitt specifically advertises 24/7 heating and air repair; Temp Control's homepage emphasizes emergency AC repair but does not state 24/7 heating repair on the pages reviewed.
https://www.colkittac.com/heating-services/Temp Control's About page says it has over 40 years in Vero Beach, but the homepage and repeated site footer leave the founding year blank; Colkitt provides a clear 1970 founding and family succession story.
