Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in St. Petersburg.
Air Bros Air Conditioning & Electrical
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 5 stars on Google from 1547 reviews
“It explicitly describes 24/7 emergency availability, same-day service and upfront flat-rate pricing, and offers online booking and an instant replacement estimate.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Air Bros offers an instant estimate for new systems; I did not find a similarly direct instant replacement estimate on Value Air’s pages. Value Air does publish a general installation price range on its heating repair page.
