Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Port St. Lucie.
Sea Coast Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal, Inc.
Picked first in 4 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 5 stars on Google from 1199 reviews

What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Sea Coast explicitly lists furnace repair, heating installation, and heating maintenance; Tracy Steele's pages reviewed describe residential AC service and do not list furnace or heating services.
