What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Air Hawk's market profile describes service in Odessa and advertises same-day service; Trusty's pages describe county service and fast response but do not specifically mention Odessa or promise same-day service.
https://airhawkac.com/service-area/odessa-fl/Air Hawk's market profile says its contact page lets customers request an appointment with date and time selection; Trusty's form also asks for preferred date and time, but states that submission does not guarantee an appointment.
