Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Odessa.
Air Hawk Heating & Cooling
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.9 stars on Google from 1954 reviews
“The market answers repeatedly cited its Odessa service area and same-day availability, along with residential heating and cooling services.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Air Hawk explicitly names Odessa in its service area; Polar Bay's homepage, about page and residential service page list Tampa, Lakeland, Riverview, Springhill and Clearwater but do not name Odessa.
https://airhawkac.com/service-area/Air Hawk advertises same-day service and lists hours; Polar Bay describes a goal of same-day service and 24/7 emergency availability, but the pages reviewed do not state a clear same-day appointment claim or specific operating hours.
