Sun Kool Air Conditioning, Inc.
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.5 stars on Google from 2269 reviews

What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Sun Kool identifies its Carrier Factory-Authorized Dealer status and free in-home installation estimates; Fast Air Repair's pages mention heat pump installation and financing but I found no comparable dealer authorization or estimate details.
