What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Sun Kool's market profile prominently says it offers 24/7 emergency HVAC repair without overtime fees; the heating maintenance page I read says 24/7 emergency service but I did not find a similarly prominent repair response claim on the homepage or about page.
https://sunkoolac.com/Sun Kool identifies itself as a Carrier Factory-Authorized Dealer; I found no equivalent manufacturer authorization claim on the Coast to Coast pages read.
