Superior Heating & Cooling
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 238 reviews

What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Superior's profile and furnace repair page make the Nokomis service area and same-day repair claim explicit; Tri County's pages reviewed describe Southwest Florida or county coverage without a Nokomis-specific service page or response-time claim.
https://superiorac.com/furnace/repairSuperior's site names manufacturer certifications including Trane Comfort Specialist and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor; Tri County's pages reviewed do not present comparable manufacturer certifications.
