What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Kool Breeze states same-day service and 24-hour emergency HVAC availability; the Freer's pages reviewed list weekday service hours but make no same-day or 24-hour claim.
https://www.koolbreeze.com/Kool Breeze provides an online service form with a maintenance option and requested date; Freer's site directs customers to call and the service and contact pages could not be read.
https://www.koolbreeze.com/contact/serviceKool Breeze states that it offers financing; Freer's homepage says it accepts major credit cards but does not mention financing.
