Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Naples.
Conditioned Air Company of Naples
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 5281 reviews
“Its market-test pages documented furnace and heat pump services, a service guarantee, online scheduling, and upfront pricing.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The answer for furnace repair favored a page explicitly listing furnace repair; Semper Fidelis' public service menu emphasizes AC repair, installation, maintenance, mini-splits, and emergency HVAC rather than naming furnace repair on the pages reviewed.
https://www.conditionedair.com/hvac-services/heatingThe market winner was cited for NATE-certified technicians and an unconditional service guarantee, claims I did not find in the Semper Fidelis pages reviewed.
