Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Miami Lakes.
Freezing Mechanical
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.7 stars on Google from 1521 reviews
“It advertises same-day Miami Lakes service, online scheduling, NATE-certified technicians, and more than 25 years of local service.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Freezing Mechanical's Miami Lakes page states same-day repairs and replacements and identifies NATE-certified technicians; I could not verify equivalent local claims from the lead's Miami Lakes pages because each timed out.
https://freezingmechanical.com/about/service-area/miami-lakes/Freezing Mechanical offers an online appointment form with service and preferred day/time options; the lead's contact link failed to load, so online booking could not be verified.
