Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Clearwater.
Reliant Heating & Air Conditioning
Picked first in 4 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.9 stars on Google from 435 reviews
“Its site lists furnace installation and heat pumps, free system estimates, and transparent quotes, and its furnace page advertises same-day repair and 24/7 emergency service.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The market answer called out Reliant’s same-day furnace repair and 24/7 furnace emergency promise; Velocity’s furnace page in my review says it is available seven days a week but does not state those specific furnace response promises.
