What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
EVS has a Sunnyvale furnace-repair page describing same-day diagnostics for gas furnaces, wall furnaces, and Eichler radiant boilers; Nur's furnace-repair page describes service across San Mateo County without those Sunnyvale-specific details.
https://www.evsmechanicalcorp.com/services/furnace-repair-sunnyvaleEVS explains how Sunnyvale's Eichler homes use radiant boilers and lists local neighborhoods; the Nur pages read do not describe local heating systems or neighborhoods for Sunnyvale.
