What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Family Air lists Monday to Friday hours with extended hours by appointment and does not state a 24/7 emergency response promise; Conejo explicitly says it is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in Simi Valley.
https://www.conejoservices.com/simi-valley/Family Air's pages read say to call for repair service but do not explain when customers receive or approve repair pricing; Conejo states that it charges by the job and provides an estimate for approval before work.
