“Breeze cites service since 1980, NATE-certified technicians, seven-day availability, and online scheduling.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Breeze states that its furnace technicians are NATE-certified and gives 45 years of local service; the Right Away pages I read do not state NATE certification or a comparable Palm Desert history length.
https://www.breezeac.com/heating/furnace-repair/Right Away's schedule form says it will get back to the customer, while Breeze's furnace page says the team is available seven days a week and can be asked about same-day availability.
