What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Comfort Energy's page specifically says it is based in Milpitas and has served the area since 2003; Global's site lists Milpitas as one of many Bay Area cities but does not provide a local history.
https://www.comfortenergy.com/milpitas/Comfort Energy states that it offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee; I did not find a comparable guarantee on Global's pages.
https://www.comfortenergy.com/milpitas/Comfort Energy's Milpitas page identifies a local service location, while Global's site does not give a Milpitas address.
