Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Fontana.
NexGen HVAC & Plumbing
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 5 of 6
“Its site advertised 24/7 emergency service, broad heating and cooling services, and online scheduling.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
NexGen's market record says it advertises 24/7 emergency service and offers online scheduling; the MSP homepage says open 24/7 and has a Schedule Now link, but does not describe an online appointment flow in the reviewed page text.
https://nexgenhvac.com/NexGen's market record includes a dedicated heating service page; MSP's homepage lists heating services but I could not verify a dedicated service page from the pages reviewed.
