What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Aelott states upfront pricing before work and offers same-day service; United HVAC's pages read offer free estimates but do not explain repair pricing timing or make a same-day claim.
https://aelott.com/United HVAC promotes 24/7 support in its FAQ but lists regular contact availability as 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; clarify whether 24/7 means emergency dispatch, phone support, or both.
