Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Elk Grove.
Speedi Air
Picked first in 3 of 6, picked in 5 of 6
“It offered same-day and weekend appointments, 24/7 emergency assistance, and free estimates for Elk Grove heating and cooling jobs.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Speedi Air explicitly offers same-day and weekend furnace appointments in Elk Grove; the Elite pages reviewed did not state a same-day or weekend furnace appointment promise.
https://www.speediair.com/heating/furnaces/furnace-repair/Speedi Air states 24/7 emergency assistance for furnace repair; Elite's HVAC repair page states 24/7 emergency repair for Sacramento but the Elk Grove service page does not make that local promise.
