What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The competitor's El Cajon heating page ties furnace repair, installation, maintenance, and booking directly to the city; the pages read for West Coast discuss El Cajon services but I did not find a dedicated city heating page.
https://comfortbros.com/el-cajon/heating/Comfort Bros' furnace repair page explicitly describes its diagnostic and upfront pricing process; West Coast's general HVAC page says it provides upfront pricing but I did not find the same furnace-repair-specific explanation.
