“It was repeatedly recommended for its Squamish service, family ownership, trade credentials, detailed heat pump installation process, and repair and maintenance services.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Newell specifically lists furnace installation, maintenance and repair; the Northridge pages I read describe heating services broadly without naming furnace work.
https://newellheating.com/services/Newell explains heat-load sizing, Red Seal refrigeration technicians, a 10-year parts warranty and rebate support; the Northridge pages I read do not give comparable heat-pump installation details.
