What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Scottsdale Air has a Scottsdale-focused furnace repair page with same-day service and upfront pricing; Same Day Air's furnace repair page is Phoenix-focused and its booking page lists Scottsdale among broad service areas.
https://scottsdaleair.com/heating/furnace-repair/Scottsdale Air explicitly says the quoted furnace repair price is the price paid; Same Day Air says it gives a transparent quote but does not state the quote is fixed before work begins on the furnace page.
