RJW Mechanical, LLC
Picked first in 1 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 249 reviews

What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
RJW's homepage clearly states technicians are available 24/7 for heating and cooling; Summit's homepage says premium support 24/7, but does not clarify whether this means technician dispatch or what response a homeowner can expect.
https://www.rjwmech.com/RJW's heating page directly outlines furnace replacement and tune-ups and says replacement pricing is upfront; Summit's pages offer heating service and booking but do not explain furnace replacement quote or pricing process.
