“Its own Round Rock page claims same-day repairs and 24/7 emergency service, TDLR's live detail showed an Active license (TACLB00021422E, DBA Quality Cooling & Heating), and its BBB complaints and reviews pages rendered live with zero complaints and 4.96/5 from 67 reviews across headquarters and corporate locations; today's capacity was not verified.”
“Its own Round Rock page claims same-day availability and 24-hour emergency repairs with live answering, TDLR showed an Active license (TACLB00144579E, DBA Austin Air Conditioning), and BBB shows 5/5 from two reviews and one resolved complaint in three years over disputed warranty-repair charges, so get a written quote.”
“Its claim is same-day or next-day, its BBB reviews include a 1-star alleging a delayed repair and unclear pricing (business attributed it to a factory-ordered part; zero BBB complaints), its page has broken filler text, and its stated license TACLA77365E was not checked in TDLR.”
“Its Round Rock page says same-day service depends on an opening; its BBB pages and TDLR license were not checked.”
“Its page claims same-day dispatch before 2 PM but shows no license number, and no license or BBB pages were checked.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
