Drabek & Hill
drabekandhill.com“Its address-matched BBB profile shows A+ accreditation and 65 years in business with 4.2/5 from 5 reviews and 2 complaints in 3 years (one alleging diagnosis and warranty problems), while its own site offers 24/7 emergency repairs and displays mechanical licence #237 (a self-claim; the CIB lookup returned No Results Found for the name, which does not show it is unlicensed).”
Shortlisted · choice 2New this round
Advantage Heating and Air
advantageairokc.com“Its address-matched BBB profile shows A+ accreditation, 44 years in business and zero complaints with four 5-star reviews dated 2023-2024 (the profile covers headquarters and corporate-owned locations, a small older sample), and its own page promises written quotes before work and non-commission technicians (its claims).”
Passedwas shortlisted last round
Oklahoma Heat, Air and Refrigeration
ok-hvac.com“Its repair page was opened (a templated page with company-name substitutions; the $69 new-customer diagnostic, regularly $125, is provider-authored), but no matching BBB profile was found within the query budget - not proof none exists - and its displayed licence went unverified.”
PassedNew this round
Service Experts Oklahoma City
serviceexperts.com“Its local BBB profile (A+) routes reviews and complaints to the national organization, whose opened pages show 1.93/5 from 378 reviews and 691 complaints in 3 years (252 in the last 12 months, several marked Resolved) - national figures, not local counts, but enough to prefer the two picks; its since-1945 claim versus BBB's 30 years is unreconciled and its $0 diagnostic offer is provider-authored.”

Every month we asked
How we ran this
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
