“BBB A+ accredited with no complaints and 5/5 across 3 BBB reviews, serving Mobile since 1977, with a license number on its site (13118) that matches the BBB record; its own review summary is labeled as AI-generated and its 5.0 from 1,125 'featured' reviews is business-selected.”
“BBB A+ accredited with two complaints in 3 years (none in the last 12 months, the one shown resolved) and 5/5 across 2 BBB reviews, family-owned in Mobile since 1969, though its site license number (17187) differs from its BBB record (92060).”
“Longest tenure (since 1964, BBB accredited since 1965, A+), but weaker evidence: no BBB reviews and one answered complaint in the last 12 months about water damage after an install that the business disputes.”
“Its page reads as templated filler with a typo and swapped-in season, and no independent review or complaint evidence was found.”
“Since 1967, but its homepage shows no license number, reviews or pricing and its BBB pages were not opened.”
“Newer (since 2007) with only its own claims of a BBB A+ and a license number, which were not checked.”
“Its license number suggests a recent license, it makes no tenure claim and no independent evidence was found.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
