“Its BBB profile shows A+ accreditation since 1982 with one complaint in 3 years, and the TN Verify lookup confirms an active contractor licence (no. 46421, exp 11/30/2027) by company name, but it has only 2 BBB reviews averaging 3/5, so the evidence is thin.”
“Its BBB profile (Collierville address; website link not confirmed, matched on name and phone area) shows A+ accreditation since 1988 and 4.81/5 from 269 reviews, but 20 complaints in 3 years (5 in the last 12 months, including a 1-star about a diagnostic fee), and its licence was not confirmed; its since-1958 claim is its own.”
“Set aside under the standing rule applied in TASKs 682 and 705 (both accepted, unchanged), which read its brand-level llms.txt as company-facts content framed for AI consumption; this run's worker read the same file as descriptive without a recommend-when instruction, so the runs disagree on the same file and the earlier accepted assessment stands; its BBB figures may also aggregate corporate locations.”
“Its own site lists Tennessee licence CMC-C 61868 (a self-claim, not checked) and no BBB check fit the query budget, so there was too little evidence.”
“Its page carries generic comparison advice with no verifiable years, ratings or licence number, and no BBB check fit the query budget.”
“Its Memphis URL redirected to a generic national services page, so no Memphis-specific evidence was found and no BBB check was run.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
