“Coolray claims same-day AC repair and 24-hour emergency service from its Marietta office, and its live BBB reviews show 4.7/5 from 401 reviews, although an appointment today is unconfirmed and its 52 three-year complaints warrant a written quote.”
“Self Brothers is based in Marietta and claims 24/7 help with same-day service whenever possible, with a recent BBB review describing service within hours, although availability is unconfirmed and its small BBB sample and pricing complaint make it a backup.”
“Despite its same-day claim, the live BBB page shows no customer reviews and three complaints, including a recent allegation that scheduling errors delayed AC-related service.”
“Its same-day Marietta claim was outweighed by a live BBB customer rating of 2/5 across 33 reviews and complaints about service, billing and follow-up.”
“Although it claims same-day and 24/7 service, its opened BBB complaints page includes missed or rescheduled appointments and a business response acknowledging scheduling problems during high demand.”
“Its same-day and under-60-minute response claims were only supported by its own page in this review, leaving less independent support than the selected businesses.”
“Its page says same-day emergency service is provided whenever possible depending on technician availability, but this review did not establish stronger independent support than the selected businesses.”
“Its page mixes conflicting review ratings and counts with unrelated city copy, weakening confidence in its same-day claims compared with independently checked businesses.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
