“Female-owned and local in Sarasota since 2011 with NATE-certified techs, ~1,000 five-star reviews, same-day service with 24/7 dispatch and flat-rate, no-commission pricing.”
“Serving Florida since 1963 with 7,500+ Google reviews, claims over 96% of service calls are completed the same day, with 24/7 emergency service.”
“Locally owned Sarasota company with a 4.7 Google rating, same-day service, and explicit expertise in Florida's humid coastal climate.”
“Venice-based with five-star reviews and same-day emergency response, but most of the evidence came from its own press release rather than independent sources.”
“NATE-certified Sarasota shop with a 5.0 rating, but only 17 reviews, so a thinner track record.”
“Veteran-owned with 24/7 emergency service, but I saw less Sarasota-specific review evidence for it.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
