Asked: “Who is the best AC repair company in Fort Myers, FL?”

“'Best' is the worker's judgment of limited opened evidence, NOT a verified ranking (basis: BBB rating, accreditation, years in business, complaint counts, what each business's own pages state; NO licence-board confirmation for anyone - DBPR failed this run, disclosed). Highest BBB evidence of the businesses confirmed: accredited since 5/6/2010, A+, 37 yrs, single Fort Myers profile (NOT corporate-wide), an average of 13 reviews (shown ones 5-star), 3 complaints in 3 yrs, 2 in last 12 months - with company replies including an offered $800 settlement and a full refund (reported, not verified). Matched by the profile's 'Visit Website' link. CAVEAT: its BBB-listed licences are CMC056884 and CFC1430618 - NOT a CAC/RAC class, so the air-conditioning contractor class is NOT confirmed (disclosed). Own claims ('4,034+ reviews', same-day, repair within 24 hours, $70 off coupon) unverified.”
