“A real human answers 24/7 and they say a technician can usually be at your Fort Myers home within a couple of hours, with a $99 diagnostic and the repair price written down for approval before work starts, plus 500+ five-star Google reviews.”
“Owner-operated, licensed and insured (CAC1824801) Fort Myers company with same-day service 7 days a week and reviews of fast emergency turnarounds, including late-night calls that got systems running within an hour.”
“Advertises same-day service for most AC issues and 24/7 emergency calls in Fort Myers with upfront pricing, and its techs service all major brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman and Rheem.”
“Offers same-day and 24-hour emergency AC service, but its page focuses on Collier County/Naples and does not mention Fort Myers specifically.”
“Claimed same-day dispatch and 24/7 emergency service, but its search result resolved to a lead-page URL that could not be opened, so the claim could not be verified against a business site.”
“Lists 24/7 emergency service and is a Carrier factory-authorized specialist, but did not surface a same-day repair promise specific to Fort Myers.”
“Family-owned licensed (CAC1820270) Cape Coral/Fort Myers company with an emergency page, but I found less evidence of same-day turnaround than the picks above.”
“Long-running local contractor with emergency services, but it is primarily a roofing company and its directory profile carried a 3.5-star rating.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
